Leticia Ruiz: Accountant

Since I was a child, I’ve dreamed that I could help abused children and adolescents, as well as their dysfunctional families. I always wished to give them hope for a transformed future so they could reach their goals.

I believe that every child has an identity in God’s heart. If we engraved that in children’s hearts, we would see a transformed generation.
When I was young, I thought about serving in church as a Youth ministry leader teaching and supporting in the financial area. That became a reality when I had my college degree as an Accountant, and I began to work in the finance department of a health clinic in Lima Peru.

By 2016 I returned to my hometown Pucallpa- Peru, to continue with God’s calling for my life. I work as an accountant assistant at an insurance company, and I serve as a leader in Hearts in Action Pucallpa where we teach Jesus’s principles on identity and value. I’m also a coordinator of the PARE program against child sexual abuse.

Currently I serve with my husband in “Equippers for Christ” and I’m developing “Grateful”, we want to spread God’s fragrance throughout generations with a “Women after God’s heart” program.
