Pastor Raul Ruiz : Local Advisor

Pastor Raul family started serving God under “Camino de Vida” Church in Lima-Peru.

Pastor Raul Ruiz returned to the Peruvian Ucayali area to the city of Pucallpa in 1999.

They started their Christian Journey there in the church Principe de Paz as directors of the children ministry.

In 2005 they connected with Hearts in Action Peru, to reach the children in the Peruvian Amazonia. Since that year they have reached thousands of children with preventing programs against sexual and physical abuse. He worked in native communities, villages, schools and diverse towns along the Ucayali River.

In 2013 Hearts in Action Pucallpa was legally stablished, and Pastor Raul was appointed as Directors of Operations in the Peruvian Amazonia.

Pastor Raul’s assignment was to spread the vision of transforming communities with the love of Jesus in places where there is more vulnerability.

The government programs in these places are not effective : domestic violence is common, 4 out of 10 children are sexually abused, abortion is usual, preadolescents moms are frequently seen.

Pastor Raul believes that with God’s power and the right educational strategies we can transform the communities into a generation that loves God and their neighbors.
